Case: Ministry of Education and Culture

As part of Finland's presidency of the Nordic Council of Ministers in 2025, together with Åland, the Nordic Ministers of Culture as well as the Ministers of Education and Science gathered in Helsinki on May 5-6, hosted by the Ministry of Education and Culture.

We provided a comprehensive audio system with conference microphones and interpretation technology including interpreter booths for three languages. Participants were able to listen to the interpretation through their personal table microphones, and infrared receivers with headphones were provided for the audience.

The prestigious settings of the National Library and the Government Banquet Hall, which served as the meeting venues, also required the technical setup to be discreet and aesthetically appropriate.
