When our producer handles the technical details, the event organizer is free to focus on the big picture. The producer acts as a bridge between the organizer and the technical crew, from the first planning meeting all the way until the loading bay doors close after dismantling.

Planning starts with your needs

Technical production begins by identifying the client's and the event’s specific needs. The technical producer works together with technicians to plan the full setup and communicates details with the client as needed.

Personnel, equipment, logistics, and schedules are planned in cooperation with the client. If the complexity of the event requires precise positioning, we create layout drawings — utilizing high-precision GNSS or total station measurements when necessary.

The technical producer also assists the organizer in creating the event schedule and run sheet. The run sheet is one of the most crucial documents for the technical crew during the event, so its accuracy is key.

The required equipment is tested and packed at our warehouse, then delivered to the venue at the scheduled time.

During setup, the technical producer ensures that the crew has all the necessary information and that the schedule is followed.

During the event, the producer synchronizes the work of technical teams based on the run sheet and acts as a troubleshooter in case any unexpected issues arise.
