A completely rebuilt, modern user interface for participants

The most important features of the first version are still included in improved form: polls, word clouds, reactions, and profile and message images remain at the core of the system. In addition, we have introduced a range of entirely new interaction features, such as quizzes, scales, rankings, and Q&A. The new, modernized user interface is more responsive than ever and enables, for example, replying to another participant’s message with ease. We have also streamlined the interface so that features are easier to find and use.

The moderation system has also been completely redesigned and now offers even more user-friendly tools for organizers to manage discussion and audience engagement.

A wide range of new engagement and activation features

The most significant participant-facing updates were made to the engagement features. In addition to traditional polls and word clouds, the system now supports numerous new ways to engage audiences, including quizzes and feedback forms.

As a new feature, the user interface now includes a Q&A section where participants can submit questions to speakers. The Q&A can also be divided by speaker or session, allowing participants to select directly from a menu the speaker to whom they wish to address their question.
