The main event of Helsinki Coffee Week, Roast Fest 2025, was held at the Kattilahalli in Suvilahti. DC Events was responsible for the comprehensive technical production of the event, covering both the main program stage and the exhibition area.

A comprehensive technical setup for the main stage

The event’s main stage featured talks and panel discussions during the daytime, followed by live music and an awards gala in the evening. The technical setup was designed to support a diverse program: a line array sound system ensured even audio coverage throughout the hall, LED screens and presentation management supported the performances, and moving lights completed the gala’s striking visual look.

Exhibition technology with power distribution and ambient lighting

The exhibitors’ stands required more robust power distribution than usual, as nearly all of them used coffee machines and other high-power equipment. DC Events implemented the electrical infrastructure for the exhibition area as well as general and ambient lighting, all adapted to the venue’s structures and highlighting the industrial architecture of Kattilahalli.
